They are very poor with their service and they do not reply to emails. I am not the type of person to make my complaints public but it's dissapointing to see an organisation that was initially advertised to local, young, independent artists being run so poorly. Word of advise don't waste your time or money using this distributor instead save on a distributor that will guarantee the service they advertise. It's highly dissapointing!

Great and Easy to use, the only issue I have is the strict image size which can mess up a bit the cover art when you resize the image that you are going to use for the cover art.

I feel as if this app needs more information about its self. Because you don't know when you receive royalty. The withdrawal process is Sooo confusing. IDK man. Guys your app is pretty easy to use and also love the fact that it gets your music out there well which is good. My real issue is I wanna release my EP but your bank Mercantile is hard to pay you with, even FNB is having difficulty directing funds to you even after you have sent the PR code I am still stuck with my EP don't you guys have another bank to use.
