Had new quantum radiators fitted, Bought the hub (£150). What a let down. I use a deco mesh system in the house and can get a great signal on phone/tablet/Alexa on any room. For some reason the radiators keep going offline on app. I.e in bed next to a deco and the app says radiator is offline and yet radiator at far end of house is online. Plus copy schedule across days seems not to copy and leaves days blank.

I am on Economy 7 with my UK electricity supplier. Midnight - 7am. And a month after 4 Quantum heaters were installed, I've had nothing but trouble. Now this app tells me usage from 8 - 9am, which shouldn't happen. Phoned Dimplex, and they told me that the app is wrong. So, what's is the point of this app, when it can't even show me the correct hours of usage? AND it was only updated yesterday, which clearly didn't resolve any problems such as receiving the correct data from the heaters.

Not bad, but a lot of expense and extra hardware for a very basic app remote control. What this desperately needs is to use the link to the internet to read the weather for the day ahead and plan the heat storage requirements the night before. Please invest in this Dimplex! This could be an environmental game changer if you invest in this and update the software!

Had three new Quantum storage heaters installed yesterday, got the app set up and everything seemed fine. That great experience lasted for a day. One day! And now the app won't talk to any of the heaters any more, despite my reinstalling the app and rebooting the hub. And what support options are there? Can I call? No. Email? Nope. Chat? Nuh-uh. The one and only option is to open a ticket and wait for Dimplex to reply in their own sweet time. Avoid! Wish I could return them all now.

It is a very useful app if you have smart storage heaters. It could do with some extra features, like working with google nest, and the option to change charging times and additional charge from the app. It would be nice if in the future it would get weather forecast for your area for heat planning and work with electricity providers to charge during low rates on variable tariffs (like Octopus' Agile).

This app works as intended, enabling grouping and control of Quantum heaters remotely. Daily energy consumption is tracked and displayed. It does not however, appear to link to any other form of home automation (hence 4* only) which would be really useful. Note to Dimplex, consider integrating into IFTTT.

I love that I can control the heating and see the energy consumption. It does have some bugs though, occasionally telling me my energy consumption is twice to more than 10 times higher than the previous day, 900kw in one day, really! Please keep improving this app and if you have a user feedback forum I'd like to join it please. September 2021: I like the new interface but still reporting ridiculous energy consumption. Can you fix this bug please.

Atrocious. App frequently crashes on start up, was pain to set up and the hub refuses to recognise any of my 7 qrad radiators!! (Yes, I was daft enough to buy 7). The hub only works on 2.4ghz network - which is frustrating when many of my devices only function on 5ghz. This was not clear at purchase. I went electric with the hope of being a little more self-sufficient and the app, hub and rads have been awful all round. I have wasted a lot of money on this system. Please avoid.
