The app works as expected, but here are frustrating things that need to be fixed: - start time is very long, even longer than many much heavier games - the back hardware button on my phone works as an exit button - instead of going back one step, the application asks whether I want to exit the application. - would like to have cfop method as an option

Cool tech, brand new device, desync on every solve leaving the app completely useless. Turning the cube fast for record timing is the main use I would get from this, so turning slow to avoid desync cannot be a valid solution. Very nice 3x3, and an amazing idea. But I fear the quality control on the sensors is awful, or the software is bugged out.

The cube does not last long, the app is absolutely useless after a year or two with the cube, it doesn't understand the movements at all. Sometimes it shows that I've made a move without doing anything. It was fun in the beginning, but now I just use it as a normal cube, because the electronic part of the cube (THE MAIN SELLING POINT OF THE CUBE) is absolutely useless and very poopy.

The hardware is pretty solid. The Software has come a long way, HOWEVER (and this is a big problem) Live mode isn't live. Yes, you're battling people but firstly, it's not live. Secondly, in a 1 hour session, I got the same scramble 8 times. Yes - 8 TIMES. That's not at all fair for the other person. Instead of recording and playing back battles, there really should be a live mode option instead of a 'playback battle' option. For those of you skeptical: Ever notice how you never wait to be paired with someone? It's the exact same time every time. Also ever notice that you never have to wait for your opponent to finish scrambling their cube? Do you ever notice that sometimes they have a solve that is slower than you but they 'finish' first? These are all major hints that this live mode isn't live at all. You're basically battling pre-recorded solves by other people. Now, I don't actually have a major problem with this, except there were times where I got 3 or 4 familiar scrambles back-to-back. It's not actually 'generating' a scramble, but rather just downloading a playback for you to battle against. Anyway, this is something I think the developer should definitely address, or at least allow me to battle people ACTUALLY live instead of just these sessions. Also, a major feature problem is that I tend to solve white on the bottom, but there's no option for me to have that as a default. I can change Blue/Green on front, but nothing for putting Yellow on top. Quite annoying. All of the modes do work well, except live mode which occasionally bugs out and I lose no matter what I do, or things completely time out and things never recover (in which I lose my battle automatically) I think those should be automatic wins (when there is a server issue) I also have this app for the iPad, and I've noticed exactly the same issues on iOS so it's definitely not a localized issue. Overall I think this is a great game, fun way to learn the cube and I definitely like the stats as well. The software could use a bit of improvement. On the surface it's not bad, but once you use it for a while, you'll see for yourself.

Almost only playing battles, the issue with them is that there might be a bug with scramble generation. In a session I have gotten 5-6 in a row repeated scrambles. I guess it's generated on server and sent via API, so the default scramble is appearing all the time... There's another issue with some scrambles in which is really easy to make a triple xcross, like 5 moves. And I have also gotten that scramble repeated. Please fix these issues so it can't be exploited by competitors, thanks!

The more I play with it, the more I like it. The only problem I'm having lately is the app losing my colour state and having to reset it manually. Especially frustrating in battle mode when I win by 20 seconds but it doesn't know I'm done. Have to wait for my opponent to finish and then wait another 30 seconds for my time to run out before I can reset the cube. *Edit* I've discovered that I only lose the colour state when battling. I can go nuts drilling my algs and it never loses track.

The puzzle itself and the tech in it is really good from my experience. My problem is I've had several instances of me trying to battle someone, it disconnects, counts the battle (which I didn't even do) as a loss, then lowers my win%. I haven't done many battles, but it says I've lost a lot and my win% is severely low because of the constant disconnections. Please fix this because I want an accurate win% rather than saying I have many losses under my belt from battles I didn't even do.

Love the cube but I cant seem to get my phone to find it. Is there something I'm missing? Edit* have had the cube for a few days now and connecting takes multiple attempts. The cube has been left to charge multiple hours and beeps when a face is turned to indicate it is on. Yet the app will only find it 20% of the time and when I tap on the cube that I wish to connect to it gives me a "disconnected" message majority of the time. So far I've only been able to get my cube to connect twice.
