After 20 years with csl and 1010 now I update my contract and I have to pay the first bill by cash. Changing back to credit card is easy over the phone. To pay the outstanding bill I am advised to download the app. Now the app wants my password. I dont have. To get or redo a password I must dial *111#. I do that and I cant get any further. I am overseas. This is crazy. The app looks pretty but is no help. 1010 needs to redo the whole thing.

If it works, v6.2.3 will be best update as it now shows usage easily and quicker for each of the multi-user's number. Bonus that it allows setting data limit for each user. However, I still had to call 1010 hotline for initial switch on of local data. hopefully the app can now do the on off without needing to use the hotline and waiting for personnel to attend to this minor issue. below was before update to v6.2.3 Worse update after improved shot lasting version before this.
