The app rarely opens properly. It seems like it's just pulling down the rockshox website vs being a real app. Sometimes I want to look up suspension settings without internet and I cannot do it with this app :( Edit: It gets stuck in loops if your default browser is Firefox. If you change to chrome it actually works... But is still a webpage. I'm not sure I understand the advantage of an app that's just a webpage... I'll bookmark the website.

Locating the serial number of my rear shock required removal of the shock. Search by model code was worse because it isn't anywhere on the shock. The app can't remember weight nor kg vs lbs and ebike selections. Navigation requires a lot of back and forth. Where can I get tokens? It would be good to use more images with the tips; what do tokens even look like? There is no difference between the app on my phone and the web app. Both need a complete revision and should remember every setting.

While useful in principle, the app is really not great. My biggest beef is that you can't store your model serial numbers and reference them again in the future. So each time it's back to the shop with you phone flashlight in your mouth trying to read the micro sized serial number. Good luck! Plugging your serial number into a browser search will yield the same results as the app.

Very handy tool for suspension tuning. Works well, the info it pulls up re: the fork/ shocks serial # is very useful. Even used it to confirm a used shock I was looking at would work for my wt. Even shows what "upgrades" will work. Wanna change fork travel, it'll tell the appropriate air shaft with the SKU, no guessing needed. It could use save / stable function. You have to enter the serial # every time. It only shows based on stock set up. Eg Change fork travel, settings are now off..

The app is OK, but you should add the option of adding the suspension fork to a owner list that the app stores in a owners list kind of thing. That way the user could select the fork instead of inputting, yet again, the SN of the item. I own only two forks and from time to time I search for spare parts and it's frustrating to keep typing the item's SN#. I can only imagine the frustration for guys with loads of bikes!

The app works well and gets your fork near enough to the desired feel that you might be after. I see a lot of people talking about how the app would benefit from a feature to set up shocks; however, they clearly lack the knowledge as a shock setup very much depends on your frames suspension kinematics. Overall, I think the app is well designed and easy to use.

Great for what it is. It could be so much more, we want it and need it to be a RockShox data base, with all the details of those great products of theirs possible. Don't think that you don't need it, a great MTB stall is coming soon. Like all, tech has it's limits, soon small timers will make similar performing products to yours. It's a matter of time, so you want to build on tradition.

This is a nice app for setting up your suspension and getting manuals for specific components. You need to enter the specific serial number for each component before you can get any settings. The downside is that the app does not allow you to save your personal components once you enter them. Each time you need to enter the full serial number. This could get a much better rating if you could save your components in the app for later reference.
