Each lot has a description of payment options and the type of parking offered. Other features of the app include:

Every year I have to use Ace for parking at the Phoenix convention center, and every year the app doesn't work and I can't get in without customer service manually opening the gate and holding up the line behind me. It happened this weekend again, they're aware of it because this makes 9 times I've called customer service for access to the parking. If you buy a multi day package the app will ONLY display the barcode for the first day, you'll have to use the email links instead.

DO NOT USE THE APP! Don't use the app to pay use the kiosk in the lot. If you prepay for parking there is no guarantee you will find a spot. Plus the convenience fee, and there customer service is terrible. 3 emails still no reply. Prepaid for parking in San Diego then my plates were stolen need customer service to advise me how to change to the new plate "CRICKETS"! My mistake never make it again.

If I were a long term perker that would utilize 12 hours a day then the app would be more worth it. The app charges a convenient fee and also requires you to pay the maximum time. They don't have other options like most of the lots I park at. Why is there a convenience fee? It's more convenient for me to just pay at the lots. Also, my car isn't available in the app so this is useless to me. If you ever have all the payment options like the actual lots have then let me know.

I've used this app three or four times now with absolutely no issues so I'm very confused by all these bad reviews. The app locates what lot I'm at immediately. After the initial setup it is quite literally three clicks to get your spot paid for. Maybe people aren't giving the app permission to find location? This app is so simple and easy to use. The app saves all your purchases and timestamps. It even sends you a notification when your time is about to expire. They cant make it any easier haha

Awful app. The sign at the parking lot said to text a number if you didn't want to use the app. The number never responded. Then if you tried to find the lot by the number stated on the sign in the app, never showed up. So I was left having to go to another parking lot because this app was useless and I didn't want to get towed.

I cannot enter my car info because Kia Niro is not available for selection. There is no "other" option, no way to enter it by free text, and no way to enter just the make, color, and license plate number without the model. The Niro was released TWO years ago. I can't pay for parking through the app without a car description. So it's useless to me.

I paid $35 at lot 0113 (Coast Walk) but only after I went through the checkout and paid they tell you it is only for 2 hours. Had I used the Kiosk inside the same parking structure then it would have been all day parking for the same price. This company should be investigated.

This app is fraud. I parked and was told to use the app to pay. It charged me 15.00 for 2 hours plus a service fee. Then I get to the gate and the machine is charging 6.00 and won't even read the app's QR code on my phone. An attendant has to let me out. I was defrauded out of 9 dollars. I'm done with Ace. They are criminals.
