Awesome app with ALL the EMS State protocols at your fingertips!!! However, there is one downside... This app has NOT updated to the NEW and/or REVISED state protocols that have already gone into effect as of April 1st, 2023...please fix this issue so your app is more accurate and reliable!! Thank you

**Edit** Quickly after my review posted the developer contacted me and it seems the issue will not repeat. Excellent customer service! 🙂 This app would be excellent if it didn't require constant internet access. I needed to check a protocol on scene of a call workout cell reception and this app that I paid for wouldn't let me view the protocols that I had already downloaded. That is a potentially catastrophic problem for this app, and I will uninstall.

I use this app all of the time as a practicing paramedic for over 20 years. The updates are quick and easy and i like that i can favorite some protocols to make them quicker to find. Great app, worth every penny.

Please help, i think i found a bug where it asks for me to download the protocol each time i open the app and then directs me to the Google play store instead of it open protocols saving locally on my phone. EDIT: User error, was using "PPP agency" and not "PPP" icon.

Paramedic in AZ and had this app on my iPhone and loved it. Switched to Android recently and was worried I had to buy the app again but the support team got me squared away quickly and effectively. Great app and customer service.

The app does what it is supposed to do, so credit where credit is due. But my goodness devs, would it be that challenging to get the UI/graphic design ahead of 2005? I could understand if this was a free product, but that is not the case here.

Love this app. Great to go over stuff in the way to a call. I'm an EMT in 3 states and a paramedic student and I need to have it easy to access my protocols. which this does. Had it for about 2 years and I'm using it all the time.
