Very bad VPN. Speed is horrible, constantly lagging... Tried to speak with support. They don't have any solution. Watching YouTube or anything else is a painful experience. I don't recommend it. I've been using this vpn for almost a month. The minute I switch to some free vpn, my speed and loading are superb. Run from AdGuard, money thrown from the window, also you won't get a refund. The app is crushing non-stop, freezing for long periods, cannot stop connecting even. I have to restart my phon

It started out mediocre and then got bad. It took my download speeds from 200-300Mbps (Ookla Speedtest) down to 30-50Mbps. Uploads went from 30-50Mbps to 15-20Mbps. Those speeds were across many different VPN servers in the U.S. and abroad. Didn't seem to matter, this VPN seems to just cut speeds by a factor of ~8!! I wouldn't suggest to anyone that they make the mistake I did and purchase this app. Find something that doesn't kill your speed.

It was good first few months when I started using it but now it's just bad. Speed - still decent, at least for mobile Stability - Constant disconnects, "Network is not available", "Server is not responding" Quality - Previously it was able to work with multiple "connections" at the same time but now it's almost impossible. What I mean is if you use one app, your connection is isolated within that one app, other apps just won't load anything until you close that app entirely or change server.

This app is broken w/adblock integrated mode. Was working fine on previous beta, but with newest update it broke. I tried reverting back to Stable channel and its still broken. With Adguard running, when trying to connect to VPN it fails. The Ninja just keeps standing and refuses to hide and connect to any server. I had to find a build on APK mirror, version 2.11.14, which is working in integrated mode via Adblock. I'll stay on this build for a while till you all get this sorted out.

Massive battery hog. I would love to use it, but it burned through half my battery while running in under two hours, which is unacceptable. I am using the adblock app installed from their site and have no issues with that, but when I put this in and started the trial, it was horrible. Canceled before being charged, thankfully.

I was finally contacted and offer suggestions to my problem with AdGuard not enabling. After investigating further, I found the issue was likely due to Android/Samsung device compatibility. To resolve, I changed my settings to allow restricted battery use and disabled VPN. Upon starting, AdGuard prompted me to make necessary changes. This fix seems to have resolved the issue. I appreciate AdGuard's assistance. They may not directly fixed the issue but allowed me to dig further and find a fix.

App stopped functioning properly after the recent update. Cannot choose locations, app freezes trying to connect, cannot even stop the "Connecting" action, it's just getting stuck in this state. Low speed even with subscription, problems loading (in seldom times it does work) YouTube, Google Play market, etc.

I've adjusted my rating from five stars to three. The app functions adequately most of the time, but occasional disconnections occur. The user support could be improved; responses are slow, and communication with users is lacking.
