Very bad experience..sales person mislead me and i purchased the gold subscription by believing him that they give me 1599 rupees coupon which i can use instantly just like wallet balance but actually this amount can only be used in 2-3% of purchased amount of given coupon,for eg. If myntra coupon of 500 is purchased but only 25 ruppees is used out of 1599. How you ppl mislead customers. Also i already registered 2 complaints but no resolution (ticket no. 16267361 and 16268833).refund my money

Refund my money. Waste of money Fake and wrong numbers Don't trust on it. All profiles are fake. Not ever believe. No profile This is v pathetic . It is not allowing to add pics. Even after depositing money no prime member is visible. Totally fraud. Even in uploading photo takes many minutes. Want to take money without any response . It is so strange before giving money it was displaying matches and after giving money they stopped showing. Please refund my money. I will post in social platform

This is fraud. They ask you for money showing like your profile is getting approached.. And the time money is paid.. No attention is paid.. No potential matches, old profiles, profiles from other databases, no connections.. Chat support recommends to email them, and emails are unanswered unattented.. I lost my money don't lose yours!

Profiles are not more than 20, old profile their status is offline since one months and more than, Data you provided Is unsecured, other matrimonys will contact to and confess you to buy their plan to match a good partner. No refunds policy if there is no profiles, It's network (no members join this app) is very poor..

It's a fraudulent app, once you pay them its like paying to goon. No customer support whatsoever, if by chance you get connected to them they ll give false assurance to resolve issues and if you try again they ll disconnect the call. The company policy is no refund whether they provide the service or not. I ve already filed a case in court against them. Its a fraud app I would suggest to stay away its just a money grabbing scheme from the vulnerable people.

Too many calls asking for membership. A woman named Bharti Rajput, ID 5885 (that's what she said), kept calling again again. Once I asked her how I can stop receiving these calls. She said I should deactivate my profile, it is the only way to stop such calls. So, I am deactivating my profile and uninstalling the app. Thanks, Bharti. Dear Google, please consider adding an option to give zero stars to an app too. Update (2 hours later): Still getting mails from them after profile deletion.

The filters doesn't work at all. Also when you want to make a change in filters set earlier the entire settings get reset. Hire some good developers. You guys are making the users annoyed.
