I have been very impressed by the ability of the Luba2 and the app. The only issue is that the app consistently fails to reestablish the mower connection when it gets disconnected, even when I'm connected directly to the mower with Bluetooth, so I have to keep carrying it back to the base. Other than that, everything has been really impressive.

Revising after some additional updates. What ended up helping is emptying the cache and data in the app itself on the phone. Support didn't mention this, but that seemed to do the trick. Hope that helps someone else. Original: The latest app update added some functionality with tasks and zone naming, but it's VERY BUGGY. Now I can't selectively mow areas without it crashing. I can now rename some tasks, BUT NOT ALL for some reason... Hoping things get better...

I've had only positive experiences with this app from a functional standpoint. Everything paired on the first try, I set up 5 zones, multiple schedules, and everything works flawlessly. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the steep learning curve. Some of the more advanced features are hidden deep in menus. Luckily there's a great community in the forums on reddit that will give details for everything. Excellent work from a relatively new company!

The Luba2 mower is awesome and the app works great! Honestly for the complexity of this product and the bridging capabilities of the app is impressive. I am able to see what the mower is doing half way across the country and control important features. It is inherent that apps will experience some challenges however the Mamotion team are quick to respond and assist. I am very satisfied with the App and how they are constantly making upgrades.

Just a first impressions after the first mow, will update again after a few more mows. Mower works well and app works okay although a little bit confusing at first. Haven't been able to get it to link with Alexa using the Alexa linking button in this app. Firmware updates for the mower and antenna using the app worked fine but it stops at 60% and then increases extremely slowly which worried me at first but did eventually complete.(Have gone through 2 firmware updates with no other issues.

Told me device had 14© then it died. Mapping is kinda a bad user experience. Similarly the no go zone feature needs some work a little bit of obstruction ruins it and you have to start all over. Makes it hard to handle houses with a little flower bed in the front that is kinda covered with a roof but on the other side is the actual lawn you want mowed. Hopefully they improve it. Also takes forever to reposition so that makes for a bad user experience. Worst customer service experience.

Honestly, we all know this is still fairly new technology, there will be hiccups. Even with the overly exaggerated "issues" it has. Overall it's still an AMAZING product and worth the purchase! The only thing I'm remotely concerned about is longevity of the machines. So far I've seen someone using it for 2 seasons. If we can get 5-7 seasons it's worth every penny. Customer service has been great, they e solved my issues or answered my questions every time.

App is very reliant on back end servers, which often have issues, causing app to be laggy or buggy, making it unusable. If notifications are enabled, it'll flood you with useless notifications (charging complete, etc), causing important notifications (bot is stuck and needs help) to get lost in the deluge. If bot looses positioning, it'll shut down where it is and wait for you to come find it, and app will not tell you where the bot is. Bot will not automatically resume when conditions improve.
