When I first downloaded the app back in October, everything worked great. Now, I can't even get the app to open up. All I get is a spinning wheel. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without any success. Very frustrating 😡

I received email in February that app had been updated. Went into play store to update. App hasn't work since February. I have repeatedly uninstaller & reinstalled numerous times. Recently I contacted Alignment & issue was to be forwarded to the IT department. Not one word back.

Awful app! Originally downloaded in January, accidentally deleted and now I can't get app to open. I call Alignment and they are no help. They tell me no tech support available.

I had used this app a year ago and it seldom worked. I uninstalled it but then reinstalled it recently. It had an old card number on it and wouldn't accept my new card number. So if I could give no stars, that would be great because it's useless!! Even my insurance company couldn't help me figure out out.

It seems like a good plan except for a couple of exceptions: 1. The Dental Plan is very limited & not very helpful. 2. Being an HMO means getting referrals is slow, cumbersome & very time consuming.

For what it does, it's a good app. It would be nice if we could activate or cancel "will call" rides with the transportation department through this app. It would save a lot of time on hold on the phone.

It seldom allows me to sign in, and I always need to uninstall the app and reinstall, and about 25% of the time, I get in. I have never been able to use my Black card benefits!

Every time I have to call them I'm pleasently surprised.. First off, I can understand them.. Often times I'm dealing with people that I can't understand.. I'm not trying to be mean, just stating facts.. They are always just happy to be speaking with me.. This morning I had a conversation about my cat. It's so great to have a conversation with someone who is helping you. I feel like a real human being. That is just so rare. It feels really good
