The most valuable resource in the modern world is time, a third of which we spend on sleeping. However, you can increase your awake time up to 22 hours by sleeping more than once a day at regular intervals. This kind of sleep is called polyphasic sleep.

This app allows you to choose from different polyphasic sleep schedules. After that it will remind you when it's time to go to sleep, and, of course, will wake you up on time.

Sleep schedules you can choose from:
Biphasic — 5-7 hours during the night and 20 minutes during the day (3 variants)
Segmented (2 variants)
Dual-Core Sleep (4 variants)
Triphasic (2 variants)
Everyman — 1.5-3.5 hours during the night and 20 minutes during the day for 3 times (3 variants)
Dymaxion — 30 minutes for 4 times a day (2 variants)
Uberman — 20 minutes for 6 times a day
Tesla — 20 minutes for 4 time a day

The App itself is pretty nice and good looking. Alarms work well. What I do not like is the fact that you cannot save your custom pattern. If you change an existing one, the drop down changes to "custom", but after switching to another one (just for looking e.g.) all your changes are deleted. If this is fixed, 5 stars easily.

Since its last update it has been performing erratically, going off at unusual times and making it hard to live with a crazy app! Otherwise, the app is simple, great and totally delivers.

Lacking in features. Doesn't use alarm channel. No early notification for when to sleep. Not really feasible to use for polyphasic sleep.

You should NOT be sleeping two hours per day. That is not healthy, or even possible if you break your sleep up into parts shorter than 40 minutes. But honestly tough, as a full time student with a night job, I don't ever get enough sleep anyway. It's really nice to have a schedule that doesn't just tell me my routine is unhealthy. I know it is. Thanks for actually making an app that helps in such a bad situation. I would like to see a normal, 8 hours of sleep option tough.

Looks really nice. The alarm does not work when phone is muted. Thus does not really meet expectations.

I stopped using it for a while and now the app is playing the alarm at random times (maybe timezones issue?)... It's completely unusable right now...

Paywalled. Not even basic features can be accessed (like choosing from different schedule types). Better use other apps

This app is under grade, I like it a lot. It is simple and easy to use. It would be nice if it have more alarm options.
