The glitchest App on Play Store - don't bother installing it. It may say 4.2 stars, but just look at the recent posts. They may have updated the app at some stage and it certainly doesn't work now. Even the my.invisalign web site, like the app, doesn't work - consistently forgetting logins and/or passwords. As far as Invisalign's IT dept is concerned, they need new people who know how to develop apps and websites.

Clunky, slow and annoying that it requires login at every interaction (slow to authenticate even with biometrics). Annoying that I can't correct times (sometimes I forget to stop the timer) and the notifications are weak to say the least. Was hoping I'd be able to access my plan and see projections via the app but alas, not to be. All that said, it does the basics.

The app is little more than a calendar reminder, and it fails on that too. It requires internet, and pin-code to even open, and mine is now weeks behind the game, (I only got the first reminder correctly). It's also one of the largest apps, so don't waste your time and memory installing it. You are better off simply setting a calendar reminder every 2 weeks, and don't chew gum with the retainers.

Terrible experience. I've only had it work once taking photos. It always complains that my mouth is too open, too closed etc. Taking photos is the worst part of my week. I just have to turn off their "AI" to take manual photos, and then I still get a canned response from the doctor with typos, what's the point. You can't even use the time tracker if you have no reception. You'd think with the millions they make they can afford someone other than an intern to develop their app for them. Insane.

The features in the apps is very useful for invisalign user. However, the downside is it is not user friendly enough. It requires log in each time i want to log the time of not wearing aligner. And not everytime i m able to log in using fingerprint. Quite troublesome as need to type in email and password each time. It will be great if the apps can set the alarm i.e. after i log in time of not wearing, the apps will alert me after 30 mins time as reminder to wear back.

The app has been totally unusable for me for about 2 months now. I've reached out to IT who at first were quite helpful since I sent them a screen recording of what was happening but they have started blaming user error when there was never any issues before the most recent update. My experience has been quite poor, I'm so glad I'm nearly at the end of my treatment so I can delete this defunct app.

Completely useless. Developers have just created a data harvesting app that asks for your biometrics and photos of your face! It's no good for anything else. No access to clincheck means the app is literally just a calendar that requires my personal details (email and phone number!?) and the need to log in every single time I want to look at anything.

The app requires a password EVERYTIME you open it, even if you open it 5mins later. Every few days it logs you out completely and you have to sign in all over again. The app also takes a long time to open. The timer is inflexible as you have to choose a pre-set time, you can't input your own. The user experience is so poor, I think a 15 year old could put together a better app. The only good thing about the app is that it does the job of tracking your aligners time out.
