Not working at all - just shows a loading spinner. Not an issue with my connection - it's the same at home on a fast broadband connection. This is unacceptable for important infrastructure. You must allow us to pay by contactless card like we can for anything else.

I have been trying to get an invoice for 2 weeks. I've filled the form online, I emailed to customer service, they couldn't care less and never replied. Compared to the competitors, for example Applegreen, they replied and got me the invoice within 30 minutes. Now I'm loosing money because my company won't refund me without the invoice. Worst experience ever, I will avoid in the future and go for more reliable companies.

I parked in a 2 hour free parking with no return. BP Pulse charged me for not disconnecting the charger £10. This means next time i will not charge the car but i will park for two hours. No revenue for BP Pulse. I disagree with their terms and conditions section 13. I made a compliant but it appears to have fallen on deaf ears.

App will not even open properly. Has been broken for weeks now. The app is fully up to date and I'm running Android 15. App opens then I just get a white loading screen and the rotating loading symbol just spins away endlessly. Totally pointless.

Poor app, poor charging stations. Constant spinning circle on app whilst stuck at a charging station with a broken touch screen so couldn't select any options to tap my membership card and charge. Eventually had to pay on the BP website via phone. Phoning support was useless too, held in a queue for almost 30 mins.

Wouldn't let me disconnect the BYD Atto 3 I was trying to top up to return to the airport rental Co. Such a waste of time making a phone call to get registered as I couldn't do so on the app with my normal email address and that was for starters!

Useless app. Asks for charging point numbers that you need to read the charger's tiny stainless steel serial no. plate to find, choose the number of the unnumbered connectors. Then after plugging in and starting the charge, the app told me 5 minutes in that the charge couldn't be started, causing me to rush out of the supermarket to restart it only to find the car charging happily nevertheless. Out of five other apps, it's the least useful or intuitive charging app I've encountered.

Expensive for what it offers. £0.83 per KWh if you sign up and you've to top up credit rather than pay as much you use. During charge the app only shows you the time spent, not energy or £ spent.
