It did not fulfill my requirements. It's simple log keeping with a few more features of recording the drugs given. It's did not have the flexibility of adding extra procedures like regional blocks. It's a good app but it has some way to go before it can be adopted. But it's not worth the price asked for. It would be better if we could have the log in a spreadsheet style for printing.

The application is of good use. I believe the developer should make some settings to be editable - like the time interval from 5min to 10 or 15 minutes intervals. Also you can make the application able to store and retrieve past cases

has a lot of potential...need to add antibiotics and antiemetic drugs, or perhaps allow record editing and custom drop down drug / gasses fields. Also, flow rate for O2 on Drager machines goes up to 12.1 L/min. Auto text cacheing would be great for frequently used custom notes. Overall could make this work for US emr standards with a little fine tuning. Keep development on this going!

New to me but it is a good basic record to start. We need the option to add names of surgeons and CRNAs in a drop down list. Also add antecubital and wrist to IV site locations. Add MAC to techniques, and a place for anesthesia and surgery start/stop. Finally, would also like to see the addition of EKG rhythm in a drop down as well.
