Prices go up, quality goes down. The usual thing... Never any free vehicles. Their estimation for pickup time is consistently off by 2x. In addition to that, now I can't add any of my two MasterCards even though they are valid on every other service.

I’ve used this app for years and supported this business from the start. Last night, I tried to get a car for a short drive but couldn’t. Ten minutes later, I was charged 615 RSD for canceling a ride I never got. I contacted support to resolve it. This morning, I got a gaslighting email saying all customers are notified about the cancellation fee, but my request for the ride was never accepted. How could I cancel a ride that was never confirmed?

At it's best it's ok - it's very unreliable and often it's hard to get a car. But then, less than 50 rides in, something happened that I can only describe as a scam on platform's part. I requested a ride, they ordered two cars (instead of one that I requested), then canceled one and charged me cancellation fee (which is over the half of the price I paid for the ride I took). I contacted customer support immediately and they were hostile and very confrontational. edit: also gaslighted me 2nd time

When it works, it's great. Verifying the phone with my UK sim in Serbia just doesn't work. Sometimes drivers just aren't available for the Eco or whatever rhe middle tier is - I forget. If I could verify my phone without issue it'd be 4* and if the driver availability was always good it'd be 5*. It's particularly worrying when you can't get a ride and it's getting late and cold. Address search is also bad as I constantly ended up finding the place on google maps and manually moving the pin...

It would be useful to not have to type the destination address every time I try with a different car class. If I already typed my destination once, it is not going to change if a car from mini/eco/biz is not available. Also, adding the option to be able to get a car even if they are more than 2km away from my location for an additional fee would be a good idea (sometimes people are in a hurry to get somewhere and don't mind paying more, as long as they can get to where they need on time).

Absolute disaster. Why does this service keep getting worse with every update? The app keeps spamming me with notifications for new CarGo services. The address recommendation does not contain addresses it used to before. After I get a driver, the driver's details can no longer be minimized and I can barely see the map on screen. The app won't let me use the service with an active payment card if it's due date is closing in. Why? I had to restart the app 3 times for it to recognize my new card.

Very unreliable application and not easy to use because of all the bugs. Drivers are very polite and professional, vehicles are great and clean. But, because of the App it's very difficult to get to book a ride. And after that issues continue, where i.e. the driver can't complete the ride because the app is telling him and you that you haven't requested the ride...

Good work definitely but needs some serious improvement. All similar apps in other countries will show you amount for ride in advance and then user confirm if he/she wants to accept or no. Here, I am not able to see how much costs will be - serious lack of transparency. There is no option to pay in cash which is really minus. Otherwise, service was really good, very nice and highly professional drivers :), definitely 5+ for service. Thank you and hope you will continue with good work.
