1.) Send notifications to registered service numbers in your account on bill generation and before 48 hours of bill due date.

2.) Displaying the total bill information (recent bill) against each service number in the Bill Pay module.

3.) Adding Bill ledger in Consumption History.

4.) After circle bifurcation some service numbers are changed. If we are fetching details based on old service number need to show alert in all modules

This is really a useless app, after entering the service no. and mobile number in quick pay, get otp button is not working. If I try to sing up it ask for the password which I never created. If try to creat new account, it says account already exists. If I click on forgot password and enter the mobile number, it gives an error 'invalid mobile number'. Really frustrated with this app.

It was much easier to pay through PhonePe. This is far too complex for old people to understand how to pay. They were used to paying through PhonePe where service number and payment details are already there. So they just needed to enter PIN and pay. Now they have to follow a long series of steps entering UPI IDs and everything. At least add an option to save payment methods for god's sake.

one suggestion for user friendly. when the app is opened the screen is displaying the Customer Name and Service No, If We are having 6 services, it is very much difficulty for us to identify whose connection is this ie, which flats service. if nickname facility is provided in addition to Customer Name and Service No , such that we can add nicknames for each service, it would be very easy for us to recognise the service. For example, Flat 1, Falt2 etc.

Good. Functional. Not very aesthetic. Reduced one star as under "my usage" beyond certain units, it is showing a fixed amout of 800 odd ( even consumption is 400 units ). I think you can increase the data shown in consumption tab to much more than just previous one year and give lot of filtering options there to get particular month averages etc. Mobile linking must have OTP verification. Not many will use bill payment option when you have listed your service in phonepe, Amazon pay etc.

I am an already a registered user. When I am trying to login it shows connection failed. When I try to change password then it will I am not a registered user. What a bad experience. This is the useless experience I had seen. Please fix it as soon as possible

After the update it is pathetic to use, each and every time we have to enter the Registered mobile of the service to see the bill amount. Also while check the consumption history it is not connecting to the server from past 3 months as I observed. Hope they might provide a proper update to fix all these kind of issues for a better user experience.

Very useful app. I have been using this app from the time it came out. Never had to stand in a line to pay my bills. For a month the payment part is not working. It keeps saying error when we choose the mode of payment app developers kindly look into this matter and correct it. Not one mode of payment is working. If not for this fault it is a five star app.

This app didn't seems to be working, I logged out by mistake and when I'm trying to login again it's showing invalid password but when I tried forgot password, it's showing this user doesn't exist and when I'm trying to signup it's showing user exists , Can u please fix this.
