Please contact your ARCOS administrator for information on when to download and start using this app instead of the previous version.
ARCOS Mobile Plus is changing the way utilities enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Use ARCOS Mobile Plus to respond to callouts, view your schedule, view rosters and receive notification. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started.
Some helpful tips:
Your session duration, timed outs and password expirations are controlled by your utility’s security policies and not by ARCOS. We are committed to ensuring the security protocols of the industry are enforced.
To ensure you’re using the latest version of ARCOS Mobile Plus, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.
Contact your administrator at the utility you work for if you are experiencing issues and/or to receive your login credentials.

Very poor user interface, and now is trying to force me to update it to be able to login. The SSO button is gone. And when I click "update", it takes me to the old arcos app in the play store. I un-installed and reinstalled, and restarted my device with no luck. ARCOS needs some competition or something cuz dang...

Plus is worse than ARCOS Mobile. Terrible use of white space and too many repeating headers. Under the "Detail" tab, the headers "Flight Code Time Duration" appear prior to every flight which makes it look like a break in duty. The "Summary", "Detail" and "Status" buttons that appear in a callout are poorly designed with only the letters being clickable. If you click slightly off the letters in what feels like the button area it does not respond and makes it feel like the app has frozen.

When you force an update don't make the link to the old version that doesn't work, are you just trying to make the app worse every day? Honestly how bad this app works must be intentional. I'm guessing they have no competition in the market, because this app is horrible from an end user experience. Passwords stop working at random, kicks me out constantly during calls, only alerts me of calls sometimes with no rhyme or reason. If you are a company and want a call out system look elsewhere.

I'm supposed to get a phone call for call outs, as well as a text and an app notification. I never get the text and if I do I don't get the phone call, and the app never shows when I have a service call, only keeps track of the ones I've missed due to not receiving the right notifications. It has cost me thousands in overtime opportunities.

This app is worse than the original arcos app. The remember me doesn't remember me. I've verified my email multiple times and i still get told i have to verify. Its harder to navigate than the older one. Doesn't even work have the time. I don't understand why they didn't just update the old app instead of creating a worse new one.

Buggy, Will not update. Just sends you into an endless "app needs to update" loop. Click on update, go through the process, open newly updated app then repeats, "app needs to update". Even after uninstalling all versions of app and restarting phone.

The old version of the app used to display anyone else who had been called out and responded, and show them as 'working' in the roster view by default. This new app does not do that. The change adds a lot of unnecessary steps to figure where in the settings to go to turn that on.

This newer app is worse than the older app. Buggy scrolling, inefficient layout, unable to select a trip unless detail is closed. What were they thinking when releasing a "plus" version that is 10x worse than the standard version?!!
