app installed first time on zte axon & my mate10 pro. firmware updates and setup very easy & straight forward. connecting to my nikon 7200 is seamless. I'm looking forward to the updates & new features. i have used Arsenal on tripod & handheld. both work very well. it took me a few tries to set handheld, but the problem was more my impatience rather that the app or device. turn on device. wait a second or two for device to be on & booted. then go handheld.

Waited... Patiently, for several months past when I was told. I can live with that. Finally arrived and I spent a week trying every which way to update the firmware. Never happened. Sending it back on Monday. Complete fail for me. Good luck to those that can actually run it. I was really wanting it to be awesome. But I would have settled with usable.

I came to Idaho to take some waterfall pictures. The software/device worked great for me. I was able to get multiple exposures combined into a single image to get the effect I wanted. It takes a little training with it and I'm sure having a recent vintage phone is in my favor. I'm saving the pictures to my phone and it's working well.

This makes picture taking easy, fun, and productive. Incredibly easy to use, I am NOT a professional photographer, but I need to make professional product photos of my jewelry. This product has truly made my life better and allowed me creative freedom to make better photographs of my work. No more bending over the camera, messing with the awkward camera menu etc. The live view from the camera to your phone, genius. The focus stacking feature!! I can't say enough good things about Arsenal!

Bought this for focus stacking. Took an excellent series of shots and the stacked picture looks good. But how to access it? Can't share it while connected to Arsenal as I have no Internet at that time. If I disconnect from Arsenal I cannot see the photo, as it is not on my camera storage (genius). Reconnect Arsenal to try again, find that only now it seems I need a firmware update without which nothing works. After that has finished there is no sign of my nice stacked photo. Waste of time.

Does not work! Waited months for the kickstarter backed Arsenal device to finally arrive, followed the instructions, and it will not create a network with the app with my Samsung Galaxy S9. Followed the 3 tech suggestions (turning off/on mobile data, forgetting my home wife, etc...) but I cannot get this thing to work. So disappointing. According to the tech site they are working on a work around with WiFi direct, but in the meantime this is an expensive paperweight. I have to give it 1 star for now because it is total junk. Why, why, why not test this before sending it out to consumers??? It took a month from Hong Kong to my doorstep so there seems to be plenty of time to fix it.

Disappointed with the hardware and software so far. It won't focus my d3200 with any of the lens I have so it won't take pictures. Even though that's the purpose of the arsenal. When I turned off focus and did it manually, my S7 edge would lose connection with the camera. Bought this for my honeymoon in punta cana and I was unable to use it on my trip. Unfortunately it's just gathering dust until they fix it.

I am disappointed. When I first got arsenal the basic functionality was great. Then I started testing the multipoint and whole focus features. It takes over 20 minutes for it to focus. Now the app repeated crashes and I can't even use the most basic functions. I contacted tech support and my situation was supposedly escalated but I have not heard from anyone else in two days. I really would like to use it and all it's features.
