App rarely works. I have to reinstall almost every time I want to give it an opportunity to change my mind, gets stuck at initiating. Barcode scanning worked once, very slowly and definitely wouldn't use for more than mere curiosity. Working for an Aruba Partner and having multiple customers, can't even dream on an option to select the Aruba Central Zone and Client to use for the session if the simplified interface doesn't even work.

Aruba Central itself is one of the biggest "bill of false goods" I've ever seen. During the sales process they tout full GUI management of switches and APs all in one single pane of glass. Absolutely not. I've had Central for a year and could have easily set everything up via CLI and saved a TON of time. Central itself is very buggy, missing countless key features, and every action requires you to navigate through 10 pages. This sh!tty app is just the icing on the cake of false promises.

Scan of barcodes does not work. I was not able to scan any bar codes, either on shipping box or device itself. We tried various iPhone or Android (Sony Ericsonn) devices, but we were not able to scan code even on direct daylight. I cannot recommend it.

Can't login anymore. Just stays on the initializing screen. Before when I could log in, it had a very limited feature set. You won't be convincing any Meraki users to switch to Aruba with this app. Update:Feb2021. Still broken. Useless app.

This app is really useful when it is working but without giving any error sometimes it donot load the equioment information. i think it is time to udate the app wirh reported/known problems since last update in Mar 2020.

Really not useful at all. Using PC and a browser is the only valid tool, and trying to use the app with more than 5-10 AP's is hopeless.

Currently shows no devices, no menu, and therefore no way to access settings. Currently completely unusable.
