Why have a chat feature when your technicians call every single time? The app works sometimes... The issue I have is you used to be able to run back to back pre and post scans for vehicles that are say only getting a mirror replaced and have to wait an hour now before starting the post scan. Bring back the old ways

You guys brought back pre-populating information on Pre/post from ADAS information. Believe me when I say that makes my life E A S Y! Please for all of our sales, KEEP THAT FEATURE ALIVE!!!! Also, I understand that could be pretty picky with my previous reviews and I would like to know if there's a way that I can talk to the people who run Astech in the app department and make some suggestions. Detailing cars on top of scans gets pretty hectic. The easier we make the scans, the better. Thanks!

New app does not allow the technician to enter a cell phone number to be called directly like the old app. Now astech is constantly calling the front office when scans are complete and causes us a lot of extra chasing around. Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.
