It is so easy - Search by doctor or specialty, view profile, select convenient date and time, enter your details and reason for consultation, verify mobile number, pay for the consultation and video consult your doctor at the specified date and time from your home, office, during travel, vacation etc.
Consult with doctors online through private chat and call and also seek answers to your questions, doubts and queries.

I have been using this since covid, I have consulted a neurologist, gastroenterologist, dermatologist. Sometimes the doctors changes the time of your video consultation. I never faced any difficulty just a change of time , suppose if I have booked for 3 pm , the doctor reschedule it to 4pm . Overall to me it has been working very well.

This app is fraud. I installed today, booked an online consultation and there is no call or response. I called customer care several times and they just kept giving me some random hospital numbers to call and check and nothing worked. I installed this to make things easy for me, but it ended up making me call several numbers and still there is no response from anyone. There is no provision even to cancel the consultation which failed/never happened. This is pathetic and waste of time

Very useful app. I have been using this app since it's launch for my consultation with my doctor's who were giving me treatment since 2018. Lots of things to be changed from the perspective of an app. Now doctor's are giving prescription through WhatsApp. Treatment history isn't updated. Needs to link the hospital software with this app, so that all the treatment history and medical details can be viewed by both doctor's and patient in a single login. Also need pharmacy to be included.

Useless App! Such a well known hospital but the App has no video consultations slots!!!...I required to consult neonatology Dr Rajashree since I cannot come to hospital and my child is not well but App also does not provide nor calling Aster works out , they ask to use the App!! If any complications, emergencies of a Baby can never depend on Aster hereafter!!! Facilities in hospital are good but can never get an online emergency connection with any Doctor!

Not working at all. Online consultation doesnt work, doctor prescription doesnt work, even the doctor looked helpless and apologized for the app not working at all. The only part which worked fine is getting the money out from my account. What is Aster thinking about? Worst experience. Not sure what kind of IT team you have just not to make this basic functionality to work.

Unable to find the doctor's consultation like it was available in graphmyhealth app pls enable that option. 3 users by default was added in Graphmyhealth app in this it's not showing. Only one person details shown, pls fix that.

The app is very easy to navigate , it did not show any pop up pages unlike other apps.The e consultion was a very smooth experience.

Booked an appointment at 3 pm today. No call, no doctor's number. No contact number to follow up. When someone can't go to hospital and trusts apps like this. This is what happens. I need a refund. Worst app ever.
