So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.

Working fine on my phone before update, now won't upload designs to the engraver. Connected via WiFi but won't upload.

App can't see. The laser. They want me to send a video. All it Does is you start the program. It says add device when you click add device. It says no device fund. It does work with lightburn but not with the adomstack software
