Crashes frequently; fails to detect the garage door sensor reliably (this occurs for many residents). Thermostat often behaves randomly and ignores your selected temperature. Auto mode does not work-we are told to manually control it. Edited to dock a star as they managed to make it worse: now my app won't control my thermostat at all (which was about the only thing it could do half-reliably). Tridel should've just put Nests in all the units.

The app works sometimes but lots of times not working, and no way to update the app. One whole years after the first review, this app not only no improvement, it getting worse, I wonder why Tridel or the developer selected this app at the beginning? Something fishy.

Absolute garbage app. The install process is a pain in the butt. Sporadically works with the main gate to the garage and seldom works in the secondary gate to the residents parking. Should have just stuck to using remote control key fobs (radio freq/IR) like most existing places instead of using a new fangled unproven process !!!!

App is garbage. Works maybe 10% of the time and that's being generous. Drains your battery and rarely works to open garage doors. Simple technology with ineffective solution.
