When I added items in the cart with a promo code, the discount was reflected across all item. This was supposed to include free delivery. However, when I went to check out, the cart kept stating the delivery was max out, and wouldn't allow me to choose one delivery method, or even store pick up for all items. upon check out. I was charge over $12 for delivery and the promo discount was only applied to one item. Even in store, the manager wanted to argue over ad prices.

I like the ability to look up the parts before I get to the store and then I'm able to better cross reference what I need to what I can actually get. I do a lot of work on cars that have been changed and modified or more than 50 years old so this allows me to get the parts that I need even though they might be technically for another or a different vehicle.

convenient location. good variety of parts in stock. easy to use app and really nice friendly patient people. I like to say I am not a fast mechanic. I am not a slow mechanic. I am a half fast mechanic. But they always answer my dumb questions and it takes quite a bit to annoy them. but I'm really good at it and I keep trying. LoL

Never in my life, after ordering thousands of items online have i ever experienced a merchant cancelling an order without notifying the customer at all. If youre placing an order, good luck because Autozone does not have accurate inventory management. So god forbid you order something you really need, and you want it by a certain date... Forget about it because they might cancel your order without telling you and say "oh, we don't have it" even though the item is STILL available on their site.

It's sometimes it's difficult to order AutoZone and others internet websites they didn't always have the parts looking for the price is not always the same price is higher some places and lower some places all in all AutoZone is still pretty good only if in the store could get it right they should have screens set up to make sure you're getting the right part to the right car

There is no option to filter what's available at my store. I have to see everything "near" me. This is a very basic function of any website / app. Other than this major annoyance, decent app.

Can't recommend. They use FedEx, the worst shipping company not called DHL. FedEx sent a part I needed ASAP from Tennessee, went right past my town, onto Birmingham AL, then sent it back east again to Rainbow City, where it was delayed for reasons unknown. Turned a 49 mile trip into a 110 mile trip AND the package was delayed for days. I could have fabricated and built the part by now and had it installed. If you need parts quickly, avoid AutoZone.

One of the employees/ cashier took one look at me and quickly said: "You're parts haven't arrived." I then told her that I had called the night before and I was told that the parts I ordered were in. she then asked for my phone number, and she turned around and retrieved the parts. I asked for a bag, and she said that she didn't have large bags. I'm physically disabled and I wanted the bag so as to carry the brakes hardware. It fits in one's hand. After that, she didn't respond at all
