I've been using this for four years now and I've had absolutely zero issues. From clearing DTCs to looking at live data to snapshots of the conditions of the vehicle when a DTC trips. I don't know why the reviews are so bad for this thing..alot of them sound like user error to me..it does come with a digital user manual in the app.

I have never been able to use this thing. When I plug it in it will let me connect to Bluetooth (bind it). The light will turn blue indicating it is connected. It will say it was successfully binded on my app. However, it will not go past that point. I have only seen the app itself in pics on here because I cannot go any further than the pairing process.

Works great, when it works. In the past the actual scanner itself usually quit transmitting a bluetooth signal. And unfortunately, working on cars proves to terminal for my phones. Needless to say, i put their durability thru hell, and everytime, i end up having to go thru just as much hell to tramsfer my subscription over, or have to pay for it again. So here i am, reinstalling the app on a new phone, so lets see how if it any different this time. Thx n God bless

Worked great until the last update. Now crashes as soon as I open. Please correct. Using Samsung Gallaxy S22 Ultra 5G. Thanks Tried again on 9-19-24, back to working GREAT again! Thank you tech support.

Was only "okay" until recently, where it connects via Bluetooth , but wont let any of the diagnostics run. Messages related to what its doing flash on the screen for a brief second, then gone. Also, periodic requirement for user name and password required before use needs to go away, once its set up. A big fat ZERO for requiring cloud based services to use the app, and those services are not available when I need to use it!

Always stalls after downloading vehicle and now it restarts or freezes up on home page immediatelyafter selecting a diagnostic option. Doesn't matter if it demo, EOBD, or vehicle. Please fix this issue. It does the same on Hyper Tough app and Autel apps. Would also like to know if the device can work with other than Hyper Tough and Autel. Sorry guys but for $60, you should be doing alot better on design, options, support, additional features such as comparability or plug and play features.

Waste of time & money. The only thing that works is the Bluetooth connection. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, 64bit phone. I CAN NOT download the software! Without software it will not work. When trying to download the software it says "Refreshing", & will until hell freezes over! Contacted support, more time wasted. I was told my phone connection was the problem, even though I had downloaded an app that they wanted me to use & we were talking on the phone while doing it. Buyer beware. DON'T BUY.

Best scanner for your money out there. Hands down. You'll go spend 3 or 400 on a scanner and it won't relearn one damn thing. And barely tells you anything on diagnosis of car. This ap 200 is the best scanner. The things it can do and amount of things you can control and relearn in your vehicle is amazing. All them bad reviews is just illiterate ppl that can't read directions. Can relearn tpms. Relearn Steering angle sensor. Relearn throttle body. Relearn crankshaft position sensor. And mor
