I'm unable to file for reimbursement because the app is stuck at "Preparing data for review". Emailed mobile dev, but I don't know if they will reply on time. Please bring back the website. The app is unusable. Edit: was able to submit after attaching all documents. Response from Dev is unhelpful. I still find the app clunky and slow. Editing from 1 star to 3 stars.

The app really needs to improve badly, a lot of error and bugs for submitting claims. Better to do email rather than a faulty app the makes our claims lapsed. I had a claim I worked on submitting since Aug 6 and still only a progress from an email saying a requirement is still needed. Better to make sure to get good app devs to support your app.

The app is not good. I have been trying to file my reimbursement for a week now,and it dos not proceed. It only says checking uploaded files and that it, the app does thatcthe whole time,does not proceed on submission. Kindly fix it,my reimbursement might lapse the sumission period. Thanks

I've been trying to re-submit my document requirements for reimbursement but keep getting the error message 'Unable to connect to the server'. The app already had multiple maintenance and updates over the last week so why are there still errors??

Both their web app and mobile app are now working. the web app's eRCS submit button is looping, and the mobile app is always having issues connecting to their server. It seems they don’t want us to reimburse, just saying
