1) This app doesn't allow translations from pre-recorded messages, such as: cassette tapes, T.V. programs, or any other words coming from a device. 2) As soon as you click the "Translate" button, you have .003 seconds to speak before it gives you the "Sorry, didn't catch that." message. I tried purchasing premium to see if it would allow this, but to no avail. I sent an e-mail requesting a refund. DO NOT BUY!!

Biggest problem: it doesn't voice translate at all. Instead it uses a run-of-the-mill text reader to sound out words in the Germanic alphabet with a stridently, even exaggerated American accent. The pronunciation is so far off the app is nearly useless. Second problem is it won't voice translate words in languages using a different alphabet, like Japanese or Chinese. It's really only useful as a text translator. They shouldn't call it a voice translator. Either that or improve the translation.

App is a pieceof junk, it uses Google Translate App which is already free, the difference is they have a good layout. Image translation doesn't work, worse off, it doesn't even give you an error message when the image fails to translate!! Download the Google Translate app for free and get better results, it's image translation is in real time, you don't have to take a picture, rather, just point the camera over the image without snapping, it will translates your image at 90%. I wasted my money!

app works great, when it works. It stopped working with latest phone update. I enjoyed the real time conversations and the picture translater. I am using the paid version, so I hope it gets fixed soon. Update: 3-18-22 Tried uninstalling and installing again, app still won't open. I paid for the ads free version, now it won't work.

Translates REALLY GOOD! Thank God! Have had no hiccups. 🤞🏼 Trying to understand whats in front of me or said while I travel. Thank u. ONE issue I have is the marker for typed words. It's blended into the background, making it difficult to see & place n different areas. All the words & marker should have a FREE option to be a different color.

I bought this app a few years ago. It works perfectly in my office. We have people who ask questions in several different languages and while I am familiar with most, I'm not medically trained in any. So when they ask a question I don't quite understand, boom. The app rescues me!!! I have never had a glitch bc $7 for an app is the LEAST you can do for a Creator of content!!! I love that I can take pictures of memes in foreign languages!

This app does not suit my needs. I did not give them a credit card to use and they charged someone else's card in my google pay that they did not have authorization to charge. I want it cancelled and refunded. Today would be the 1st day of the subscription so I know they can cancel with a full refund.
