Update: Someone called me from your team (Dr. Mohamed) and also the branch called me and less than 2 hrs later I received my order .. I placed my order more than 8 hrs ago and I still haven't received it yet... Called hotline twice. -If not done already- You need to have an internal system to your team to notify and hold them to a strict timeline because having to call the hotline or wait that long for a pharmaceutical order which has a higher sense of urgency to it ruins the idea of using app

They don't have any return policy or whatsoever, to return the item you have to call the call center multiple times and then they ask you to come to the branch if you want to return it.. i am talking about a pressure measure device. i don't recommend at all. Update: I have been contacted by a representative of ElEzaby who was very helpful and decent. To elaborate more on the issue here is related to Return Policy of electronic medical devices which is still un-clear in the application.

Very bad customer service, call center & even doesn't indicate the correct availability of products. You spend way more than 3 hours for tracking an order that shouldn't take 15 minutes. Very bad experience in general. I don't recommend to use.

I am incredibly frustrated with Elezaby’s service. My order was 26 hours late, and despite calling their hotline and emailing them, I never received any follow-up. I wasted hours waiting, only to be completely ignored. The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. This has been a huge disappointment, and I won’t be trusting them with my orders again.

Disappointed with Service - Late Deliveries and Poor Communication. I have been using the Elezaby application for a while now, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite placing orders in advance, the deliveries are consistently late, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of response from the customer service team. I have made several attempts to contact customer support regarding my late orders, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
