The app does not show you real time usage of your water unless you go into the weekly, daily or monthly screens, from the main screen the app suggests that last week water used is more or less then the current week, these numbers never match. The app is good for a general overview but other than that it's pretty much worthless, so is the support team.

Adequate, but needs work. It has shown zero daily usage for months, which obviously isn't accurate. Today I read another review that reported the same problem, and that it was fixed by clearing the app's data and cache. I tried that, and sure enough, it now works. However, it no longer has any of the historical data from prior to July 2023 - that was when the city replaced my water meter with a new one. Before I cleared the app cache and data today, it did have information for both meters.

This app is good, but it won't send you a notification if you have a leak. I had a leak for a month and never knew because I don't tend to check the app regularly. It seems like a notification system would be an easy feature to add. Edit to add: Apparently notifications DO exist. But you have to sign up for them on the website. You cannot do it from the app. Learn from my mistake!

App hasn't been showing any usage since July 2022. What is the point of having an app to check your meter...if the app isn't working?! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. I actually like being able to track and monitor my household's water usage. I also like knowing if there is a leak so I don't get hit with a huge water bill and the leak can be found and fixed. Pointless app at this point unless it is fixed.

Amazing app!! We had a pretty major water leak last December where our water line had several problems. We had no idea this was going on until the bill came and it was almost four times the normal amount. I didn't even know this app existed until the lady at the government building told me to get it. It was so helpful when we were trying to see if we got all of the problems resolved. You can see if any water is running and you can look back at your usage for any inconsistencies.

I've never had any problems with this app on my android phone. I'm able to track my daily usage and make sure that my in-ground sprinkler system hasn't sprung a leak that could end up being very expensive.. Having eye on water is so relevant to people that live in Texas and deal with 100+ degree temperatures and drought every summer.

It's potentially useful but I really wish I could force a refresh of the device and data. The currently available data shows only data from 22 hours ago. I recently noticed a potential issue that I want to monitor in some level of real time, because of there's a problem when I'm not home, I want to know about it and head home early. But it's likely to not be a problem so I'm currently on vacation. I just have no idea because the app data isn't up to date.
