The application fulfils its intended purpose. However, there is room for improvement in the user interface. Enhancing the smoothness and fluidity of UI interactions would greatly enhance the user experience. Additionally, incorporating an animated pop-up effect when opening the earpods, similar to Apple's design, would add a touch of elegance and sophistication. These improvements would elevate the app's overall appeal and user satisfaction. I will edit my review based on future updates.

update-still bad, some set gestures don't work 90% of the time. Bad app, can't set same gestures on left and right earbud - some gestures are hard set to be ised only on one ear bud, lacking the most basic and. widely used gestures (e.g. previous track), can't assign function to a gesture if it was assigned to another gesture...overcomplicated reassign. Ear buds reacting to gestures without being inside your ears - be it HW or SW issue it is still another big flaw... bottom line 'user enemy' app

My baseus bowie MA10 will not charge past 90%. I tried all the suggestions Baseus has made to resolve the issue. Nothing has worked. I plan on returning and replacing. Additionally, this app will not pair with Windows which is a major problem.

Currently no support for Baseus Bowie E19 TWS Earphone ? Just bought one, but there's no Volume control & Equaliser settings on the device itself. Downloaded this app but found out Bowie E19 isn't included in the list despite it's a 2024 new released product. Please add support for Bowie E19 in the next update.

Mediocre app. Buggy, non responsive at times, bad execution. Ask for too many permissions which does not need. Why do you insist on getting my location if i don't want to use the locate feature? also, why there's no single tap option? only double tap, triple tap and long press. mediocre app overall. loses configuration by itself, you can't select an equalizer preset, gives an error. And they hide reviews!

The application is completely unpredictable. Developers, please throw out cca 80% of the code, it would help a lot. Get rid of all the "saved settings", "gesture setup", "changing defaults" and "left/right difference".

Press and hold doors nothing on Bowie MA10 after a few uses. Have to complete reset earbuds, then it works for a little while, then stops. Changing setting in app does nothing to help this.

The WORST Bluetooth earbuds app I've used in my life. You just can't change the equaliser settings. I've reset Bluetooth serveral times and reinstalled this app as well to no avail. Horrible
