Great app that has all Hits Radio stations in one place. So you can listen to your regional one, or check out other places. Also the shows are archived so you can catch up on your favourites later... The biggest downside/bugbear is that every time you open the app, without fail!! you get an ad for their big cash comp 🙄 even if you shut it and open 30sec later. It also happens when using Alexa/Google/Siri and it's bloody annoying.

The good Once the app is running, the radio station runs smoothly without issue. The bad Ads Slow to launch. Have to watch an ad before being able to access the app which also has sound turned on by default. Location tracking Once in the app you need to allow precise location tracking to be able to listen to a station. I don't understand why my location should matter if I can listen to an internet station. Conclusion Moved to another radio app offered through the Play Store

I used to be able to ask Google to play the radio or at least just click the app button and it would play. However now even if I just want to play the radio I have to open the app wait for the add to finish close that then skip the email request. I want to listen to the radio because I don't have time to look at my phone. I would have no problem if they were audio adverts which would immediately follow with the radio programme. But this current setup is complete waste of my time

Rubbish app cuts out between WiFi and data. If u pause an on demand show, when u play again it turns off and goes to live radio, the whole point of headphones is to not have to open my phone every 2 minutes. Seems every update is another issue. Oh and I can link to alexa, I don't have alexa I use chromecast where has the cast button gone?

App is good but it crashes frequently. In the month I've used it the App crashed at least 20 times, every time I used it. Sometimes it crashes if I open another App or even just browse the internet. Other times it crashed after 30mins, 40mins or 55mins, phone lying not being used for anything else. When it crashes the App is frozen, wont work, has to be fully switched off then started again. In the past hour it crashed 4 times, the App completely freezes and stops working.

Rubbish. Updated, still garbage. Runs for a few minutes then switches off. Updated but still the same. Why does it run the first time you load it, then close and use it again and you get 30 seconds then it crashes????. Been the same since I first tried to use it. Does no one read the reviews? Great station, garbage app

Crashes every 10 minutes or so. Started listening through a radio app and it disappeared from there... now finding myself going to other stations just to save me constantly having to press play again.
