The app is terrible. It's hard to navigate and nothing it keeps track of seems accurate. I don't trust the points, steps or anything else. the help desk will only start to look at an issue after the user has gone out of their way to prove that there is an app issue. It really sucks that my company forces me to use this. Also as of a few days ago Google decided the app was dangerous, so that's comforting

Update 5/17 - Now google has marked this app as unsafe and blocked data to it, so zero steps tracked. Gets worse every update. Support is still zero percent. Absolutely terrible. Not a real app. Basically just a link to the web portal and you get stuck in log in or launching loops. Also hasn't synced properly with Google Fit despite establishing the connection. Can't believe Healthy at Hopkins switched to this trash system. Support just says they'll notify developers and nothing ever happens.

Poor navigation, constant crashes, GoogleFit is not a supported integrated app. Edit: Google fit is now available. But then Google flagged it as a dangerous app... As I have been forced to use it more I'll add in the blatant data mining is real. I also had two separate cards called "Test Translation: asdsf". A+ testing.

Too many clicks to answer any question (once to answer, once to confirm answer, once to close/move on to the next question, often with crashes/timeouts between clicks. WHY?). Inability to connect Samsung device. App constantly crashes/logs out after too little time and doesn't let me log in again until the next day.

Not a real app! Zero stars After login you are taken to the "portal"; a web based version of the app that does not exist. Still not able to connect Google Fit as there is no button to tap to connect. Over 7 emails back and forth with the conpany/people that run this app, nothing has been done. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I love this. Easy to use. Keeps me on track for all of my health goals. Holds me accountable for keeping my overall health on track.

I cannot open the app. It closes on me all the time, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still wont open. Now my company announced we need to redeem our points by April 15th or you lose them because they are going to use something else. Well when you are barely working, it's really hard to earn points, seeing as how the app isnt working. I sure hope I can redeem my gift card in time =(

agree with most everyone, this app does not do what it's intended to do. 1. it does not accurately track steps, giving a different number vs. your tracking app. 2. you can't easily see your data within it so it's now sus 3. Login has improved but the fact you must signin every 5 minutes is insane 4. Daily re-connects of google fit is improper design 5. Side-menu doesn't pull out right In short this app is half baked beta junk that should not have been released yet and cannot accomplish it's duty
