The revised app keeps disconnecting from hearing aids and the only way it reconnects is to uninstall and the re-install. The previous version worked a lot better... update it still keeps crashing but found out if you turn off Bluetooth on your phone then on again the connection comes back. Bit of a nuisance but a lot quicker than uninstalling and then reinstalling app.

Completely useless - would have given zero stars if it were possible. Occasionally, it manages to find one of the hearing aids but never both. Most of the time it finds neither. I've contacted customer support who were of no help with their suggestions. What is the point of having an app that doesn't work??

works as it should, no issues. The aids have limited Bluetooth range, so if you walk away from your phone you'll lose partial connection, while the aids still function perfectly. To reestablish control of the app, there is no need to uninstall the app or restart the aids or the phone, simply close the app and know that the app is still running in the background, you need to stop the app there. then restart the app, it'll function perfectly after that.

Bought a Samsung S24FE with ASHA so that I could hear calls through my aids. It works on iphone very simply but on the Samsung, a message keeps popping up that "An app is needed to use this device" eventhough the app is installed. I stress I am able to pair my aids and use the basics but not the important call function. This is a real disappointment and unless Bernafon can help with overcoming the problems, I seem to have wasted my money on buying an ASHA capable mobile. Aids are BTE 105

Not so stable and is slower now after update. Connections on S23 Ultra is also difficult to establish. Stupid Swiss.co . . . Additional information? Just reverse to previous version or ask Google, what they changed recently in Android.

Disfunctional to a degree that one thinks it is broken. The Bluetooth connectivity is an absolut nightmare. Turning off the device and restarting does not help. Several features do not work with Android based phones. How is it possible that they release an app so fundamentally flawed ? Only way to make it connect is unpairing and re installing app. Being dependent on the showing aid, makes this such an frustrating experience.

App stopped working after 2 months. It can't find the hearing aids. I changed batteries in the aids, deleted and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off, did everything recommended, still nothing. It's one thing if this happens to your app for your favourite puzzle or music streaming service, but quite another when it's an app for your hearing - the thing you need to be able to navigate and enjoy the world. Not impressed.

The old version worked perfectly, but this update has been a nightmare. I have to keep turning my Bluetooth on and off to get both hearing aids to connect. The latest problem is I can only get the volume to increase to +1, not up to +4 . I am very disappointed as I never had any issues with the old app. I wish I'd never upgraded.
