App keeps crashing, is very unstable and there's no way to resolve

App flashes and requests location permissions. Even after location permissions were turned on for the app, the main pag just constantly flashes with a pop up for location. Cannot hit deny, hitting allow brings you to permissions, but doesn't clear the pop up after.
