The Bip&Go app makes it easier for you to get around: track your toll road’s consumption, book a parking space, find service stations and Motorway Service Areas, plan your itinerary, etc.With the Bip&Go application, we provide you with more services to make your daily life easier, whether you want to track your toll road’s consumption, download and print your invoices, plan your next holiday, find and/or book a parking space or pinpoint the cheapest service station around you.
New: the application now allows you to reserve a parking space in one of the 1120 Zenpark’s car parks in France and Belgium directly from the application!
Convenient and fast, enter or leave the car park with a simple push on a button from your app. The amount corresponding to the duration of your reservation is then added to your monthly Bip&Go bill.

- Parking space reservation: since 2021: via our partner Zenpark, reserve a parking space in more than 200 cities in France and Belgium, up to 60% cheaper, using the Bip&Go app.
- EV charging: find nearby charging stations in France and Europe, as well as all the necessary information (location, number of stations, type of connectors, cost of charging, power offered, etc.)
- Fuel: view all the stations near your location as well as the prices charged and information on the station and the services available.
- Car wash: find more than 3500 car wash stations throughout France.

I have used this app for over a year now and will I LOVE the idea, their service is just tremendously frustrating. I've tried to save my credit card information on the app and it just doesn't work and customer service provide such basic answers you wonder if it's even a human on the other end. So I end up paying my invoices via bank transfer and they block your badge from when the invoice is due until they receive the payment. If you happen to be in the road then, you can't use the service. 😡

Thank you for fixing your site. Device orded ;) [I'd like to get a device, but I can't register on your website, the phone format for Luxembourg is wrong, esp. mobile phone which is required to validate the subscription (10 pos required, cell phones here have only 9) and there is no way to contact support (no phone, chat, mail). The landline format it wrong as well, it requires the number to start with a 0, which is wrong for Lxbg (leading 0 is only for special sercices numbers, not landlines).]

They will send you invoices even when your car is standing for weeks in one place.

They were unable to deliver the badge to me in the UK. I'm not the only one to have this problem. I contacted them, to cancel my account. They agreed to refund me and now they have issued ne a second invoice. Their app is useless, try to give it a review and it asks you to download or open it Avoid them like the plague!

Terrible. This company took a month to post the card, making the app pointless. I will never use this company again. Well, in response to the bip and go comment, all i can say is at least they are consistent in their lies. When their card arrived, it clearly stated on the label dispatched from france on the 30 may, delivered in 4 days by royal mail. It was dispatched 23 days after bip and go sent me confirmation of dispatch. Why you would lie like this? It shows the character of the company.

Bip & Go is a game changer for our frequent trips to southern France. No more stretching from the wrong side of the vehicle, no more fumbling for tickets. The only worry is developing a permanently smug expression developed after leaving behind the non bippers!
