It's great for simple use, very fast and beautiful U.I Yet it needs to have a calendar view or at least a side view of all the entries based on year or month. But I can get around that using tags for years and months. Also subscription based while the price is very good but I prefer one time payment.

I love the formatting, editing any time, auto saving my edits, etc. Basically, this app is Google Docs, but as a journal. I LOVE it! My only complaint is having to pay a subscription to back up my data to spread it across devices, UNLIKE how Google Docs stores the data on your whole account and you can access it on any device. But even THAT is a plus! If you want your data protected and AWAY from others, don't pay the subscription. Keep it on 1 device, safe and protected! It's YOUR CHOICE!!!!

For my needs (and admittedly, everyone's are different), this was the best option available a while back, when I was using my prior smartphone (a bit more primitive, let's say). All I wanted was free, simple & private... 3 for 3. When I got my next phone (a considerable upgrade), I was eager to browse/try the newer, more tricked-out apps that were available. So I did..... And saw that I really didn't need much more than what was already here, in THIS app !!!

I use this diary to keep progress notes at work. I was looking for something simple, with a header/title feature on the entries so I can browse previous notes easily. This works well for my needs. My only complaint is that auto-correct does not work (but that might be an issue with my phone). That is not a big issue for me, since I am the only one who will ever see my notes. I appreciate the hard work that went into making this app. Thanks.

Good, simple, private "diary" app that I use a lot. One complaint : and it's bad enough to warrant losing 2 stars. There's a camera photo and file photo attachment in the buttons and settings etc but it NEVER WORKS (wrong ... it actually worked once, I have no idea why it worked then but won't anymore). It just shuts down the app EVERY TIME! Fix this and you'll get your 2 stars back

I really like this diary. I tried a bunch of free ones before this for the purposes of keeping a time log. Other apps sometimes didn't even save what date /time you originally stored the data! No use. But offline diary is perfect. Simple to use and simple to look at. One question, is it a one-off payment for the back-up pack? I can't find that information, sorry

Simple UI, doesn't have bells and whistles of Journey like image next to entry, calendar, or media collection, but also doesn't feel pretentious. Would love a calendar view, though. Would love a dark mode view. Feels weird to go from a dark mode app. Feel a little bad for not having a need to pay for ad free, since the ads are hardly intrusive. Using it for basic data logging. Plus Dev doesn't have pretentious responses unlike a "simple" app. TY Dev response, looking forward to these updates!
