I love the app for scheduling different vacuum times on different days of the week, and the history shows me it was completed. The app makes it easy to add no-sweep and no-mop zones by pressing on the scissor icon. Directions even pop up for the selected action so I know exactly what to do next. I created and saved one map for the upstairs and one for downstairs and now I physically vacuum less often!

The app for Dustin is incredibly easy to navigate! It makes setting up a cleaning schedule a breeze, and I love being able to see a detailed map of my home that Dustin creates. The option to block off certain areas is super helpful for keeping him out of spaces I don’t want cleaned. It’s also convenient that the manual is built into the app, along with a support section where you can quickly find answers to any questions. Overall, it's a great app—simple to download and use on your phone!

Superior to other products which I've used. It maps my house and cleans everywhere, not just willy nilly going wherever like some other models. I'd like to see the ability to name rooms and not have them mop certain ones. I have a large area rug that I'd like to be able to exclude from the mopping. Otherwise, this is a definite 10!

The bObsweep app is very user friendly! The app allows you to set up a schedule for cleaning. The ability to see the bobsweep created mapping, allows you to block areas that you may not want the bobsweep to enter. The manual is available on the app, as well as a support allowing you to get answers to questions you may have. Great app. Easy to download on your phone!

The bObsweep app for Dustin is great! It is cool seeing the map of the rooms of my house that Dustin, aka, Mr. Clean, created. It is easy to make the labels and the barriers. The manual and the support section are at your fingertips in the app, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend the product and the app!

So far not impressed with the software for my new Phoenix. After mapping out the rooms I tried to label them. I was able to label one room. No more. And I cannot Even select other rooms or rename the one room I did set up. And the room names you choose from a drop-down list. If they are simply labels it shouldn't matter what you name them. Version 9.0.4 is only a week old.

I love this app as well as the bObsweep vacuum! The app is user-friendly and is very helpful. In addition, the vacuum is a huge time-saver for me with keeping floors tidy and clean! Using voice commands with Alexa assists me even more! This product and app provide me with a bit more time in my schedule plus I do not have to worry about finding time to keep the foors clean!!! What a wonderful asset to any home! Highly recommended!

Love the bobsweep pet but it always has trouble localizing whenever i start it or if it stops because of a problem then it won't localize on the current map. the app is up to date and I only have one map. I have tried to delete and remap but same thing continues.
