I'm never using Boost again after the absurdly poor app experience. For weeks now I've had the error message, "We can't display your account There was an issue displaying your account. Please wait a few minutes before signing in again." Phoning them to report the issues is a complete waste of time because I was transferred to the wrong team after a long time on hold.

I wish I could give zero stars... this app never works, it sucks... just brings anger and frustration, especially when you get a text message from them asking your data is low, check the app... if it works, it takes an endless amount of time just to show info ... please update this app or remove it from the app store ... I have no problem with the telco itself though ...

Unable to process request We’re unable to process this request online. Need help? Message us App proceeds to do nothing and freeze when I click message us. Reading all the negitive comments makes me think moving to you isn't a good idea. Nothing works which is basically the same thing that happens with jb app which is the same. So all these 2nd telstra apps all don't work. While the telstra apps fine.

Such a glitchy app. I tried to add an international roaming pack when I was overseas recently and it kicked me out of the app and said my access was revoked. I had no way to use roaming and so I wasn't able to use my phone. Very frustrating.

Nothing is ever available on this app. It is slow and clunky and keeps giving me messages that services are unavailable. Trying to set up international roaming 🤯🤯

This app is actually bs. I purchased a new phone and trying to switch over the e sim to the new phone which you would think would be the easiest thing to do but this app is an absoulute disaster in doing so.

Unusable, very rarely works. Most of the time it says "something went wrong" when performing any action (e.g. checking balance, recharging).

Open app, biometric check, then endless waiting screen. Must close app, reopen, re-biometric to see balance. Happens every time, long standing issue.
