Paying for a service I can't use I prefer no Internet than dealing with these morons, no one can answer my questions, no one can find my info, or constantly saying info is missing from account when I've provided it over a dozen times, nothing but excuses and constantly being disconnected by agents that all keep giving me different answers on why Internet isn't working. It's the only ISP my apartment has. I'm beyond upset. The app is set up in a very understandable way as well.

The app itself is okay but the service has been lagging all week and then today my 1 day off I get home and finally have a chance to watch some youtube and bam unstable connection I've been trying all the tricks all day unplugging router now and TV will see what happens...

Terrible deceptive company. The service is slow and inconsistent. They're constantly adding hidden fees to services and changing prices while making it almost impossible to cancel your service plan. The customer service team will try to pick your pockets by shilling another product every time you call trying to resolve an issue (of which there are many).

What a wonderful introduction for a first time customer to the company! "We're experiencing technical difficulties" as I'm trying to set up my account through the app, failing to accept my payment method countless times on the official website, wouldn't accept any of my passwords even though they matched all the requirements, terrible automated robot when I made a call to solve an issue, and all sorts of chaos!

God awful internet service. It doesn't work always going off. It's just the worst ever. They don't have any other company available in the area where. I live and . I'm not sure why . But God, they gotta do better than this. terrible service I've ever had. I move to from a country town and the service.There is a whole lot better than this and they have more options.This is the only thing they have to offer in this area.I'm not sure why.I guess it's a dead zone

DO NOT UPDATE! Thought it was junk before, believe it or not it's WORSE NOW! App has even less features than before after this update!! No groups anymore and cannot pause devices anymore either. Time to start looking elsewhere for actual service.

The internet speed is pathetically slow. it took my son 4 DAYS to download an average sized game. I have to turn the wifi off on my phone because the wifi slows my phone down. For today's technology this is unacceptable! Unfortunately for me they are the only internet provider in my area so I'm stuck until I can afford Starlink. We are VERY UNHAPPY with this service. And don't even get me started about calling customer service! It takes 10 minutes to finally reach a human being that doesn't Eng!

Horrible customer service. I haven't had internet for 5 days now, and all I have gotten was the run around. I still have no idea when I will have internet again. I'm pretty sure ALL their customer support is in a 3rd world country, and the background noise sounds like a loud party. I have spent almost 6 hours on the phone with them, and I can tell you they not only have no idea what's going on, nor can they actually do anything. you're basically just talking to a stranger who could care less.
