Gonna be honest. I've had this app for 5 months now and I have used it basically 0 times to open a door since a keypad is faster. The only reason I used it was to open the parking garage gate which is awful to use when you're driving a vehicle. The thing we are told not to text and drive in... a fob works easier and is way more friendly to a driver as they can feel for the button. Tldr: just a smart app to up shareholder value. Not actually better than simpler solutions like keypads and fobs.

The definition of over-engineering: requiring a phone with battery, wifi connection, AND bluetooth proximity to be able to UNLOCK A DOOR. I wish I could just use a fob instead. What do you do when you're juggling groceries, or when you have guests over, or when your phone dies? There's no answer for any of these things, and they're all problems created by this app vs a fob. That all is bad enough, but it also often fails to connect to a door, or unlocks a different door than the one next to me.

Our building just installed these locks on our doors. This app only works 50% of the time. Everyone is having issues. When it does work, it takes 30 seconds (not faster than a key). Look at all the 1 star reviews. We are experiencing everything all the other reviewers talk about. This is not a good app, system, etc.

Keeps signing me out of my account and kept telling me the door was unlocked/locked when it wasn't. Doesn't actually register when the door was locked/unlocked. I called a rep to ask them about a notification I've been getting, all they said was that it was a new feature and they don't know how it works. The remote access is a joke. You can't actually rely on the app or use it for anything. All it has done is give me anxiety.

This was forced on us. Also for the third time in a month I've had to manually open the garage door. All because this app requires an internet connection to open said garage door. So my ability to park in the spot that I pay extra for, is entirely reliant on my phone's service provider. The back of the building is practically a dead zone.

Pass will work one time and then not work in the future. Have all permissions allowed, Bluetooth and location settings on but always breaks again within a few days of getting a new pass. Ongoing issue if you have an Android phone, apparently. Don't make an app for an OS you can't support.

It seems with the mobile app I cannot issue a pin for someone to get in to check on my apartment while I'm out of town. That is REALLY BAD DESIGN. I do not have a standard computer with me and thus, I'm cut out from the knees. I cannot recommend this service, and I will sternly warn that you need to use a computer to do anything other than personally opening a gate.

Horrible! Trying to install locked up my phone for 5 minutes. There wasn't even a spinning circle. Then trying to set up an account another 5 minutes of nothing (although at least a spinning circle). My email was inaccessible (just taking me to Brivo). So I closed the app by swiping up. This allowed me to open my email, where there was a msg to click a link, reopening the app and telling me my (new) login was invalid! I've never had so much problems. Please test your app before releasing it.
