Good concept. But they keep changing the terms for booking classes and terms of memberships and discounts etc continuously without any communication. I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I signed up to try the service out, because of an offer they had, no binding period and you can cancel any time. But I didn't use the service and I completely forget I had it until I saw in my bank account the monthly payment, so I cancelled and got confirmation. But suddenly they start charging me again. And I contacted customer service which was extremely rude. Nothing but fraud. Skip this app and directly buy/support your favourite training center.

Bruce used to be the best app for training. But unfortunately, over the years instead of adjusting the prices, they have reduced the availability and significantly worsened the user friendliness by constantly limiting the users from unlimtied training, removing studios and in general making the service less attractive and desirable for people who like to train.

Had a problem with a class so texted their support chat. Got fairly quick response and they solved my issue immediately. Customer service is super important to me because no matter how good an app is, if when something goes wrong no one cares to help you, it is just not worth it. But I was very happy by the way Bruce handled my request and that to me says it is a good app in every aspect.

The idea is great the app is rubbish. Maybe one in 3 check ins is successful, otherwise have to re-try. The basic membership isn't enough to do much, the jump to black in price is too high

I'm feeling betrayed. This is already a pretty expensive subscription and I don't like that they take away gyms only to put them in the even more expensive category. And it's even worse now that they demoted the "premium" version only to add a "super premium" one. I don't feel safe now that they have more insentive to split the gyms into more categories. I don't think I'll subscribe again once my yearly subscription is over.

Been on Bruce for about 2 years and love it. The flexibility to train in multiple locations, try different exercise forms, learn new skills, meet people with the same interests etc. I have the black membership and for everything I get for it I think the price is really good. I do something every day, crossfit, boxing, yoga, gym, breathwork, swimming, etc. I have brought my family and friends to workouts aswell and some have started using Bruce also. Wouldn't go back to anything else!

great studios both for open training and classes. One thing Bruce does amazing is to give a great customer experience! Every interaction with the customer care is a 5 🌟. I wouldn't think of switching or trying another service after this amazing folks running this show. cheers and kudos!
