This app and it's correlative sites have been garbage from the beginning in FL./Sunshine Health. Inconsistencies, constant re-directs, multiple sign ins, missing or broken links, time delays and just clunky. The rewards program would be great if it created real world resolutions. They fail miserably here. Also, you may wanna take a close look at the data they're taking like "without notification" attached.

The Ambetter app has outdated or inaccurate contact information for my PCP. Yet the contact info IS accurate when I log into my Ambetter account using a web browser on my laptop. Also, the app asks for my fingerprint scan AFTER I have already entered my password. Every single login. I thought the purpose of having the biometric option was to replace the password? But that is not happening for me.

App is slooooow. Also, the menu is very limited as compared to website login (no access to rewards programs, billing doesn't work, no EOBs and if you click on coverage... it just takes you out to the web) . Functionally seems like an app from 10 years ago. You can look for a provider, access your ID number and pay your premium, which I am sure was the most important feature they wanted you to have access to. I'll probably just continue to use the website.

There's no zero option, so.. The app is 100% unusable. haven't been able to get past the loading screen even once. even left it downloaded in hopes the but would be fixed. months later and no changes. useless.

I have had, and continue to have, a horrible experience with this company. The app is no better. Clunky, limited options, poor filters, might as well be called dth insurance. EDIT: A big part of the issue IS the call center you use. I will not be asking Ambetter for help unless I have no other option.

Can't log in. Login screen crashes before fully loading sending you back to splash screen. **Problem fixed** Seems app does not like you having a ad blocker running for initial login. Why? Makes you wonder. Well after initial login you can turn ad blocker back on. All seems well now.

EntryKeyID is garbage it claims to send you a number but you can't got 2 your email to get it because you can't leave their site. But even if you did their is no email to be found. Not even in your junk. Thus keeping you from getting in your already password protected account. It is such a waste of time.

I'm giving this app a 3 because, It will not help in anyway to straightened out my issue, and yes alot of apps do. I don't have access to the email account that on my account. Can't verify therefore Can't use the app have even messaged these ppl no answer. Doesn't give me any other options. Have end stage heart failure need this app
