Can't get into my account. I entered the emailed code, and nothing happens. A useless app for lazy building managers. If you do end up downloading the app, turn off location permissions. You have to enter your address, there's no need to track your location outside of home. I'll never pay my rent through the app. If it's not from your financial institution, it has no business getting involved with your transferring funds.

"Automatic" payments are not charged as recurring, they are scheduled 1-time payments. This seems extremely misleading to me and customer support danced around my questions concerning this instead of answering directly. Also, any time you need to make a serious change the app just launches you to the website, so I'm not sure what the point of the app is.

It's terrible. I can't pay, see any information, or do anything. Update: The support team helped me to pay. But it's still terrible: I can't see any information, and the app doesn't save its state.

Not impressed at all with the app. Our landloard made it mendatory... worst thing ever. Confusing app. Made it more user-friendly. It feels like a beta test app. As of today, the bug reported by email hasn't been fixed yet. Always the same pop-up screen in app stating to upgrade ( and no X to close the window). You are forced to upgrade but that too fails. You are redirected to Google Play store or Play page (either one or the other). And from there you are redirected to the app w/same pop-up.

Pros: when working it's quite simple to use Cons: -Too buggy to be considered professional software -sometimes you can't close work orders due to glitch in UI -Sometimes you cannot add employees to work orders -App often stops in the middle of working, logs out and you lose any progress trying to create new tickets. - occasionally When selecting the building app goes to white screen and has to be closed fully before retrying.

I give it zero stars. It won't let me activate my account. When I input my phone number, it keeps saying "we can't find an account associated with this number...contact building management to resolve your problem." Building management doesn't know how to fix problem. I have no heat and it's getting very cold. Horrible, just horrible.

I couldn't even create (activate) my account. The app didn't register the address I selected from the drop-down menu, and that's the end of it. Please withdraw the app from Google Play Store, until you iron out all the bugs. Thanks.

The app will not allow me to pay my rent today! I have updated the app. I have reinstalled the app. Yet nothing has fixed the issues. The issues: my name showed up as a second tenant, but no lease is attached to the second one. I was able to pay my rent last month through my bank, this month it said the account was verified but then made me reverify anyway. Then it said my bank was block!? I then deleted the bank only to have to app not allow my bank to be re-added. WTAF!? Don't mess with $$!
