My Husband got kicked out and can't log back on; he hasn't been able to book camps since February. I haven't had that issue until this morning. The app kicked me out, and for the past hour, I've been getting the error that there isn't a membership found with that account, so it's frustrating. All my progress and my access to book camps and watch if there's availability w/ my kids every week now gone?! It's a huge commute for us, so I guess I'll just be calling and bothering them to book.

Initially back when they first rolled out, it was terrible. Kept freezing, wouldn't let me book camps and couldn't go to different parts of the app. Ive had it since end of January/February time frame, and it has been really good so far. I watch On Demand with no issues and can book camps if I wanted to do on person. So far I've been really enjoying it since they fixed a lot of the bugs.

Updated: Fingers crossed but all has been well now for about a month. It seems they've gotten things worked out and no trouble at all since. I do wish there was a feature to delete some camps taken (counted) as I used to like watching the video beforehand and I don't want stretching to count towards camp count but that's a minor complaint.

This app does not display properly, and I am not able to book camps. It seems to struggle to load/display each page. On opening the app, each tab is solid white (or black in dark mode). Eventually, the contents for the home tab and the tab with records fade in, but remain very faint and barely visible. The book page used to work after an even longer wait than the other tabs. Now, it seems to not display at all. I tried reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work. The old app worked fine. : (

Truly a hideous interface in Android, very cluttered and clearly focused on the on- demand videos and store/shop options. Checking protocols and booking camps is cumbersome and non-intuitive. And like others have noted, camp counts are off. The number it shows for my lifetime camps, the old app told me I reached months ago. I held off switching to the new app as long as possible because this is exactly what I feared would be the case.

Update, the app was working ok until today. I can not get logged on and view any information or book classes. I tried updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing is working. I have not been able to log in with my email and password using Burn Boot Camp app. It keeps saying email and address exist please log in mind-body. I'm able to log in with email and password on the web version of Mind Body/Burn Boot Camp website.

Sign-in is super confusing - I'm an existing member who already has a primary location, membership, etc., but the sign-in process seems to be onboarding me like I'm brand new. Logging in with the same credentials in the old Burn app works fine. I don't want to log into this one in case it changes/updates my membership and hits me with a bill.

It worked for a couple weeks and now nothing works. I have unloaded and reloaded multiple times and it won't recognize my membership. I am sure all the new features are great, but as a long standing member I just want to sign up for classes, see the protocol and see how many classes I have this year. Hoping all the bugs get worked out so I can do those three simple things instead of getting an error immediately.
