Worst app ever. I really do not understand how people are giving 5 starts. Lowest discount compared to other market app. Longest delivery time. 9 out of 10 products are not available with them. But while taking the order they will show all are available. After holding money at their end they will let you know after 5 to 6 days that product is not available in the warehouse. Good strategy to earn money (for rolling) without selling any product.

Not a good app during emergency. Time and date of delivery is mentioned in app. But the delivery never happens. The order is confirmed nut is asked to contact support. App should mention available items correctly.

I won't recommend to anyone buying medicine from this useless outlet. It's been more than 24 hours and still my order was not delivered even are completing the invoice in morning. The best part is that they are sending it by courier. This is level of quality service they are providing. Patient's condition hardly matter to them. Such a pathetic experience.

Terrible home delivery service experience. Crushed tablets received, was told by customer support to visit the store. But they denied replacement when I visited the Aundh store. It's been 4 days since I have been waiting for the tablets to be replaced. Also incorrect name on invoice, so I cannot claim insurance refund. No proper response from customer support. Another medicine order cancelled after I waited for 3 days to get the medicines. Update: It's been a week now, still no replacement recd.
