TV control and reminder app works pretty well, but app frequently crashes and Users have no control over text message housekeeping (can't delete msgs). Monthly fee of $30 after ~$100 equipment purchase. $25 plus shipping, for an extra remote control. 1st month service was trial/free.

Someone on your Facebook ad said it's available on most smart TV's. It's not on my Samsung 7 series. I'll check my mother's 6 series but I don't expect I'll find it there either.

Excellent TV controller. Caavo allows me to have Roku, Dish Network, Amazon Firestick, and Xfinity all on one TV!

As someone who owns 3 Caavo boxes in my home, I find it incredibly difficult to contact the senior living center administration. Why in the hell would Caavo be asking for that anyway? Did I miss something? Did Caavo stop producing the control center? Why in the hell do some customers get different services than others? Why can't I use the video calling feature too?
