I am facing a very bad OTP problem, my child is sick and I cannot take appointment because your app can't send me an OTP. Have tried to register and log in from multiple devices and it's still the same result. I can't even reach anywhere for help. Need help😞

There is a problem with app when we try to book an appointment from out of India. I had booked an appointment for my family of 6PM India time and I got confirmation for 6PM however it was booked in Clinics system as 11.30AM India time. Ideally app should book timeslot as per India time even if it is booked from any other country for family members as the location of Clinic is India.

This app is very much useful tool to monitor progress in child growth against standards. Also gives reminders of due vaccines. Overall app works very efficiently .

UI is not user friendly at all. Submit option doesn't come even after uploading vaccination photo.

OTP functionality issue got solved within limit and app is working fine. App is useful for tracking your child helath details through out the treatment.
