I'm supposed to use this for my school. According to instructions I was given, I should be able to search for my school's account, and create a profile. Nope - it just takes me to a page to register for which I have no info. My instructions say "utilities" though, and this is "911cellular" so maybe this is the game version? SO frustrating.

The interface gives you *no* prompting, useful information or warning. This is prehistoric UI/UX.
