The Casechek Tray App enables vendors to manage their case schedule, hospital support requests, and loaner inventory all in one place.

Getting Started as a Vendor

Only vendors working at Casechek client hospitals will be able to utilize this mobile app. If you are working with a Casechek client hospital, please contact your facility’s case coordinator for more details.

Register and Confirm Account

When you first enter the Tray App, click on the option to Sign Up. Provide some details, register under a vendor company, and complete sign-up. Check your email to confirm your account before you can login and start receiving case requests.

Add Hospitals

For hospitals you support, search the name of the facility by clicking the H button in the upper-right corner before you start receiving case requests. For more instructions, view the More tab in the app.

HORRIBLE! This app absolute trash! The fact that they scam hospitals out of thousands upon thousands to use it is sad. Every update does nothing to fix errors of prev. versions, just adds more useless features! CC guess what, nobody wants to use biometric login EVER! When I say NO I mean no forever not the next 10 min. Constant annoying red box errors, camera functions failed, unsaved images the lost goes on! I'd give zero stars if possible. In the last 5 years, this company has failed to adequately produce a working, effective, and efficient mobile app. Customer service says an update is coming in 6 months every time I've asked in the last 4 years. They have zero interest in making their product better. I have no clue who could rate this 5 stars off of their payroll

This is the worst app on my devices that I am forced to use. Repetitive log ins, red errors pop ups constantly requires restarting. Slow to respond inputs. No or ineffective updates to app. Would not use if I didn't have to.

it was bad before, but now it just wont let me input new trays at all. and because this is the de facto system for the hospital, i have no means of checking these in. they dont seem to respect that this is our livelihoods at stake, and their piss-poor system threatens that
